An aspect of this programme begins with residential life where the department ensures a homely environment is created for the learners to ensure that they are well settled. The home care provision is ensured by the Residential Leads and their assistants who are overseen by the Senior Residential Leads. Apart from ensuring students get the necessary supplies in the residences, the pastoral care includes taking the learners through a life skill curriculum designed by the Head of each year group and the Senior residential Leads. This prepares the learners to learn how to successfully navigate life challenges beyond schooling years.
