Welcoming Ceremony for the 2019 Form One’s
According to the African traditions, when a child was born he/she was welcomed through song and dance, and MPESA Foundation Academy being an African based school could not be left behind.
On 18th of January, two weeks after the birth (admissions) of form ones, they were warmly welcomed into the CLAIRE family through the performance of various traditional songs and dances derived from the different communities in Kenya. This was the most enjoyable moment for all of us since the beginning of the term and most especially for the form ones who had just joined us.Coming from various parts of Kenya and Africa, they were welcomed with an assortment of various pieces that were performed by form two, three and four students.
