Innovation at M-PESA Foundation Academy

At the M-PESA Foundation Academy, innovation is not an add-on—it’s a mindset. From day one, students are immersed in a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving. Our Innovation Programme equips learners with 21st-century skills, enabling them to design and test solutions that address pressing community and global challenges. Integrated into the curriculum through weekly sessions, project-based learning, and cross-disciplinary activities, innovation is a daily experience for every student.

Students work in dynamic, hands-on environments—including state-of-the-art STEAM Labs and Innovation Studios—where they ideate, prototype, and showcase solutions. Through design thinking, hackathons, industry partnerships, and expert mentorship, students learn to think boldly and act with impact. Aligned with the IB Learner Profile, the programme develops inquirers, reflective thinkers, and courageous changemakers. It empowers students to connect theory to action in meaningful ways.
